SERVER RULES

Here, you will find all the official server rules and regulations.
Every player must follow the rules and may face consequences if they do not comply.

1. PLAYER CONDUCT
1.1: No Harassment or Discrimination
Treat all players with respect. Avoid harassment, targeting, or discrimination based on race, gender, sexuality, or any characteristic. Prohibited actions include racist slurs, rape roleplay, or obscene language/activities.
1.2: No Real-Life Tragedies or Sensitive Characters
Roleplay involving real-life tragedies (e.g., suicide, terrorism, pandemics), sensitive mental health issues, or heinous historical figures (e.g., Adolf Hitler, Joseph Stalin) is not allowed to ensure a safe environment.
1.3: Respectful Communication
No swearing or cursing. You can use in-game cursing words that NPC use but still we don't prefer it. Our community have people who are under 18 also.
1.4: No Threats
Avoid making threats against the community or individuals.
1.5: No Rule Break Encouragement
Do not encourage or force others to break server rules.
1.6: Honesty with Staff
Provide accurate information (e.g., age) when applying for jobs or roles. Staff will never request personal details like full names or addresses.
1.7: Staff Authority
Respect staff decisions. Actions disrupting roleplay, even if not explicitly listed, may be addressed by staff.
1.8: OOC Communication
Use /report, /looc, /ooc, or Discord for out-of-character (OOC) communication. Avoid breaking roleplay by using OOC terms in voice or /me commands.
1.9: Microphone and Language
Use a working microphone and speak the server’s native languages (Bengali and/or English) during roleplay. Use /me, /description, and /attempt to enhance roleplay, not replace it.
1.10: Account Responsibility
You are responsible for all actions on your account.
1.11: No Watch Parties
Do not host or participate in watch parties for server streams to prevent metagaming.
1.12: Roleplay Over Ruleplay
Prioritize high-quality roleplay over strict rule enforcement (‘ruleplay’). Actions disrupting roleplay may be addressed.
1.13: No Server/Staff Disrespect
Any form of disrespectful behavior toward the server or its staff, including derogatory comments, verbal harassment, or intentional disruption, is strictly prohibited.
2. GENERAL ROLEPLAY RULES
2.1: No Vehicle Deathmatch (VDM)
Do not use vehicles to intentionally kill or injure others, except to protect your life from an immediate threat (e.g., someone actively attacking you).
2.2: No Random Deathmatch (RDM)
Avoid killing or downing players without quality roleplay (e.g., a backstory and verbal initiation). During hostile actions (e.g., robberies), give victims at least 3 seconds to comply.
2.3: Fear RP
Value your character’s life and act realistically (e.g., comply with a gunman’s demands, unless situational factors like multiple armed allies apply).
2.4: No Combat Logging
Do not disconnect during roleplay, combat, or arrests. If disconnected due to a crash, return and surrender (e.g., to police) or report in #Game-Crash.
2.5: No Trolling
Avoid intentional disruptions (e.g., running aimlessly, jumping in front of cars, using soundboards without permission). Use common sense.
2.6: No Whitelisted Job Harassment
Avoid texting, calling, looting, or taking whitelisted job members (e.g., police, EMS) hostage without roleplay justification.
2.7: Character Separation
Characters owned by the same player cannot interact (e.g., transferring money or items) or be affiliated with the same gang or circle.
2.8: Miscellaneous
- Must avoid poor RP (e.g., robbing then leaving before cops arrive).
- No Fail RP like using trunk for extra people, mixing memories, etc.
- /me abuse is not allowed (e.g., “/me zip ties” to powerplay).
- No server rule mention during RP (e.g., "server rule e etar mana nai").
- No changing clothes while down without proper /me.
2.9: Housing & Storage
House storage and capacity limits by structure type – e.g:

Keys will be removed if over capacity; no refunds for lost items.
3. ROLEPLAY STANDARDS
3.1: No Heists Near Restarts
Avoid heists within 30 minutes of a scheduled restart, except for unscheduled restarts.
3.2: Realistic Names
Use realistic and appropriate character names.
3.3: Special Characters
Characters with unique concepts (e.g., serial killers, robots, paranormal entities) require prior staff approval.
3.4: No Crime in Hospitals
Avoid criminal activity in hospitals, unless a suspect flees into one during ongoing roleplay.
3.5: EMS Roleplay
Use EMS services when on duty instead of bringing victims to hospitals. Exceptions apply after 3 minutes of no EMS response.
3.6: ICU Roleplay
If placed in the ICU (e.g., after severe injuries), stay for at least 24 hours until cleared by EMS. Police situations may reduce jail time. Playing the same character without clearance is Fail RP.
3.7: Whitelisted Gang Activities
Cocaine missions, oxy runs, or gun-running are restricted to whitelisted gang members.
3.8: Emergency Vehicle Theft
Stealing emergency vehicles requires a strong roleplay backstory.
3.9: Game Crashes
Report crashes in #Game-Crash and return to your last position to continue roleplay.
3.10: No Rule Mentions
Do not mention server rules during roleplay (e.g., “You’re breaking rules!”).
3.11: Roleplay Consent
Continue roleplay unless all involved parties agree to pause or stop. Communicate openly if discomfort arises.
3.12: Camera Evidence
Characters with in-game cameras may use photos as legal evidence in roleplay, subject to staff review. Non-camera evidence is invalid.
3.13: Gang Formation
Form gangs naturally through roleplay progression. Immediate gang creation without backstory is not allowed.
3.14: No Punching/Stabbing
No random punching or stabbing civilians without RP reason.
4. METAGAMING
4.1: No Metagaming
Do not use out-of-character information (e.g., Discord, streams) to influence roleplay.
4.2: No ID Misuse
Use player IDs for reporting only, not for in-game identification.
4.3: No Stream Sniping
Do not use streams to gain in-game information.
5. NEW LIFE RULE (NLR)
5.1: NLR Triggers
When you die or respawn, forget the last 15 minutes of roleplay and do not return to the scene.
5.2: NLR Exceptions
NLR does not apply to VDM, RDM, awaiting EMS revival, or game disconnections.
5.3: Revived Characters
If revived, retain memories up to the point of injury but do not disrupt medical roleplay.
5.4: Respawn/Airlift:
If airlifted or respawned, lose all memories of the incident and do not share information.
5.5: Downed State
While unconscious, do not communicate or share information, except to roleplay injury realistically.
6. CRIMINAL ROLEPLAY
6.1: Hostage Roleplay
Hostages require high-quality roleplay and cannot be known associates. Make demands in-person, not via phone.
6.2: Police Interruptions
If interrupted by police, surrender and do not store items. Report game crashes in #Game-Crash.
6.3: No RDM on Police
Do not fire at police to avoid a stop (e.g., during a siren).
6.4: Executions
Perform executions with high-quality roleplay and a strong reason
6.5: Group Limits
Limit criminal groups to 4 members, except for turf wars (agreed by both sides), gangs on their turf, or prison transports (up to 6).
6.6: No Camping
Do not camp at job locations (e.g., garbage area, chop shops) to rob players.
6.7: No Stealing During Arrests
Do not steal from players during police arrests.
6.8: Prohibited Actions
Ladder camping, banana peel traps, and one-way code red (without permission) are banned.
6.9: Looting
Looting players during hostage situations and during airdrop heist is not allowed. Scamming or looting new players without RP is not allowed.
6.10: Hostage Possession & Priority
If someone already reached at Bank/Jewelry/Store with hostage available you can't force them to leave. Otherwise It will be counted as 3rd Party and action will be taken against you.

If multiple Party arrives, whoever came first with hostage will have the priority to trigger.
7. GANG RULES
7.1: Drive By
Drive-by is now allowed, except situations like gang fights/gang wars.
7.2: Illegal Resources
The use of illegal resources, such as cocaine and weed, is restricted only to members of a whitelisted gang.
7.3: Air-drop Heist
- Max 8 per gang.
- 2 vehicles max.
- No teaming with other gangs.
7.4: Gang Taxes
Gangs controlling business zones may charge up to $7,000/week for 2 weeks. Business owners can pay, negotiate with other gangs, or pursue legal action via courts. Police intervene only with court orders.
7.5: Gold/Stockade Heists
Gangs are prohibited from forming multiple teams for Gold or Stockade heists.
7.6: Gang vs Civilian Rules
When engaging in conflict with civilians, your gang is limited to a maximum of 4 members, while civilians are limited to a maximum of 4.
7.7: Jimmy’s Taco Shop
► 7.7.1 Team Size: A maximum of 6 members per gang.

► 7.7.2 Dead Members: Once a gang member is downed or a team is eliminated, they cannot rejoin the same fight

► 7.7.3 Weapons: Only Class 1 or Class 2 weapons are allowed.

► 7.7.4 Location: The fight must be concluded within the same area where it began. While doing fight You can’t drive around far away from Taco and drag the Fights there. You can’t drag taco situations into other RP situations/Gang situations.

► 7.7.5 Fight Type: Only Semi driveby/On foot fight allowed.

► 7.7.6 Looting: Looting is allowed.

► 7.7.7 PD Engage: PD is not allowed to Join/Engage in this situation. But if its inside the city, they can warn people to leave the area. If they don't then PD can Join to do Code RED. Also notice that, when Police will go near the shop Jimmy will be closed too.
7.8: Gang Zone
- 7.8.1 Limit: A gang can only hold one zone at a time.

- 7.8.2 Restart Period: You are not permitted to capture a gang zone during the server restart period.
8. HEISTS & SCENARIOS
8.1: Prison Escort
A prison escort scenario involves up to 8 criminals in 6 vehicles. The police can respond with 12 total officers, with 8 units (not including the prison bus) actively pursuing. The Code Red limit is 12 officers. Both sides may use authorized weapons, but no looting or arrests are allowed at the scene. If criminals capture the prisoner, the prisoner goes free. If they fail, the police will jail the prisoner upon reaching their destination.
8.2: Random Civilian Situation
In a random civilian situation, up to 4 criminals in 4 vehicles are permitted. The police may respond with up to 8 officers, all of whom can be involved in the pursuit. The Code Red and One-Way Code Red limits are both set at 8 officers. Criminals may use weapons according to their class, and engagements can include drive-by, semi drive-by, and on-foot tactics.
8.3: Store Robbery
For a store robbery, a maximum of 3 criminals are allowed, using up to 3 vehicles which can be swapped out. The police response is limited to 4 total officers, with a maximum of 3 police cars in pursuit. Code Red is not permitted for store robbery.
8.4: Stockade Heist
During a Stockade event, a maximum of 5 criminals per team can participate with 5 vehicles. The police response is 7 officers, which increases to 10 if multiple criminal teams are involved. The number of pursuing units and the Code Red limit match the total number of responding officers (7 or 10). The One-Way Code Red limit is 12 officers. Weapon use requires authorization, and all forms of engagement (drive-by, semi drive-by, on foot) are allowed.
8.5: Bank Robbery
A bank robbery allows for a maximum of 4 criminals using up to 3 swappable vehicles. The police response is capped at 5 total officers, with 4 units allowed to pursue. The Code Red threshold is 6 officers, and the One-Way Code Red is 8. While criminals can use weapons as per their class, multi-vehicle drive-by attacks are not allowed from either side.
8.6: Jewelry Heist
For a jewelry heist, up to 6 criminals may use a maximum of 3 swappable vehicles. The police are limited to a 6-officer response, with 5 units in pursuit. The Code Red limit is 8 officers, and the One-Way Code Red is 12. Criminals may use weapons according to their class, but performing a drive-by with multiple vehicles is forbidden for both police and criminals.
8.7: Pacific Bank Robbery
This major heist allows for up to 8 criminals with 3 swappable vehicles. The police can dispatch 10 total officers. During a pursuit, 8 police units can engage 2 criminal cars at a time. The Code Red threshold is 12 officers, and the One-Way Code Red is 16. All weapon use must be authorized, and multi-vehicle drive-bys are not permitted from either side.
8.8: Cargo Heist
Limited to whitelisted gangs or civilians (max 5 per team). No same-gang multiple teams. Dead players cannot return. Avoid roaming for intel.
8.9: Air Drop Crate Heist
Limited to 3 crates, max 8 per team, 2 vehicles per gang, 1 team per gang. Civilians may join if permitted. Use on-foot or semi-driveby only. No looting bodies/vehicles. Police cannot join.
8.10: Gang vs PD
For a Whitlisted Gang vs. PD conflict, 6 criminals in 6 vehicles can engage the police. The police response is capped at 12 officers for all categories: total response, pursuit, Code Red, and One-Way Code Red. The police may use one Riot Van, but its protest officer is not meant for direct gunfights. Authorized weapons and all engagement tactics (drive-by, semi drive-by, on foot) are permitted.
8.11: PD Attack
In the event of a direct attack on the Police Department, up to 6 criminals can participate. The police are authorized to respond with their full force. This means there are no limits on the number of responding officers, pursuing vehicles, or the Code Red declaration. Weapon use must be authorized.
8.12: Fear RP with Police
Show realistic fear toward police (e.g., no brandishing weapons without reason).
8.13: Police Use of Force
Police use tasers unless facing lethal threats. Lethal force is permitted in self-defense.
8.14: Undercover Agents
Identify agents with strong evidence (e.g., finding a badge). Discord roles or gun holster animations are not sufficient. Limit ambushes to 6 members, no drive-bys.
8.15: Combined Crimes
Multiple crimes (e.g., jewelry + stockade) allow combined officer limits (e.g., 6+10).
8.16: Emergency Vehicle Theft
Requires a strong roleplay backstory.
8.17: Code Red
Requires a valid roleplay reason. Drive-bys are allowed for escape in gang vs. gang or gang vs. police street fights.
8.18: Hot Red Zones Code Red
These specific zones will be considered Hot Red Zones if a Code Red occurs within them. In such situations, PD will issue a 5-minute warning to the criminals before starting shooting. After the warning period, PD officers are authorized to engage without any restrictions on tire walls and BZ gas. A maximum of 18 officers can join in the situation.

As for criminals, there will be no restrictions on ladder/stairs camping but other rules will remain same. Also in a week you can do code red on that zone max 2 time.

9. POLICE RULES
9.1: General Conduct & Operations
► 9.1.1 Use of Force:

Use taser guns by default unless facing direct danger. Lethal force requires high-ranking approval or an imminent threat.

► 9.1.2 Off-Duty Conduct:

Dispose of police equipment and vehicles when off-duty. Do not access equipment while off-duty.

► 9.1.3 Corruption:

Allowed with a roleplay backstory, but not to benefit friends or personal gangs.

► 9.1.4 Detective Conflicts:

Detectives cannot work on cases involving their other characters.

► 9.1.5 Value Life:

Prioritize safety and civilians’ lives.

► 9.1.6 Evidence Locker:

Do not take items for profit.

► 9.1.7 Negotiators:

Negotiators cannot be taken hostage.
9.2: Weapon & Combat Regulations
► 9.2.1 Weapon Matching:

- Use pistols against pistols, SMGs/ shotguns against SMGs/ rifles.
- Exception: SMGs/ shotguns allowed in jewelry heists.

► 9.2.2 Post-Shootout Investigations:

FIB/officers may investigate scenes after shootouts (even if police lose) to issue warrants.

► 9.2.3 Gun Class Matching (Code Red):

- Class 1: Tap-Tap pistols.
- Class 2: Auto pistols, SMGs, shotguns.
- Class 3: All rifles.
- During Code Red, PD can use class 3 weapons even if criminals use class 2.

► 9.2.4 Vehicle Restriction

Using blocked-window cars from PDM/Tuner for combat is banned.
9.3: Heist & Response Rules
► 9.3.1 Jewelry Store Robbery:

Police cannot use bikes (temporary rule).

► 9.3.2 Prison Escort:

- Max 5 vehicle units (including prison bus).
- No fights in or at the prison.
- Prison break allowed only during transport, 30 seconds after leaving Mission Row.

► 9.3.3 Airdrop Crate Heist:

PD cannot join.

► 9.3.4 Pacific Bank Robbery:

- 8 criminals vs 10 police (12 if Code Red).
- Max 2 getaway vehicles.
- No weapon restrictions; PD can use any class.

► 9.3.4 Jimmy's Taco Shop:

- SASP (PD) can't join unless it's inside the city.
- If PD gets close, Jimmy closes, and Code Red can be initiated.
9.4: Boosting Rules
- Class D/C: 2 units (Caprice/Crown Vic/Explorer).
- Class B/A: 3 units (all authorized vehicles).
- Class M+/A+/S+: 4 units (1 bike, 1 speed unit).
- No Air-One for boosting.

► 9.4.1 Riot Van:

- Allowed only for officer protection, not for combat advantage.
9.5: Code Red Protocol
► 9.5.1 One-Way /1-Way Code Red:

PD can double their numbers (e.g., 4 criminals vs 8 cops).

► 9.5.2 Initiation:

PD must give a reason before activating Code Red.
10. EMS RULES
10.1: General Conduct & Protocol
► 10.1.1 Crime Scene Protocol:

Consult nearby officers at crime scenes or proceed with caution if none are present.

► 10.1.2 Off-Duty Conduct:

Dispose of EMS equipment and vehicles when off-duty.

► 10.1.3 No Favoritism:

Do not assist friends via EMS powers.

► 10.1.4 Microphone Requirement:

Use a working microphone.
10.2: General Conduct & Protocol
► 10.2.1 Revival Limits:

- Allowed: Minor injuries (e.g., fistfights, small accidents).
- Prohibited: Gunshot/stab victims, Victims of critical incidents (e.g., gunfights, active shootouts).

► 10.2.2 ICU Roleplay (Rule 3.6 Compliance):

- If placed in the ICU, the character must remain for 12 hours.
- Cannot return with the same character without doctor clearance.

► 10.2.3 Response Time & Mandatory EMS Use:

- EMS must respond within 5 minutes otherwise, RP is void.
- If no EMS responds in 5 minutes, civilians may transport the injured.
- Fail RP/Ban for avoiding EMS duty when they’re online.
- 3-day ban for bringing friends to Pillbox if EMS is available.
11. BOOSTING RULES
11.1: Category 1 (Class D, C)
Police use 2 vehicles (Caprice, Crown Vic, Explorer).
11.2: Category 2 (Class B, A)
Police use 3 vehicles (all authorized).
11.3: Category 3 (Class M, M+, A+, S, S+)
Police use 4 vehicles, including 1 motorcycle and 1 speed unit. No air units.
11.4: Police Conduct
Prioritize securing the boosted car. Pursue suspects if they abandon the car.
11.5: Criminal Conduct
Code red requires a strong roleplay reason. Submitting cars during a chase is not allowed.
11.6: Code Red
No Code Red unless solid RP & 4+ police.
11.7: Air One
No AIR-ONE unless it's an S/S+ class.
12. SAFE & RED ZONES
12.1: Safe Zones
- Police Department, Medical centers (No weapons or crime within 100 meters. Roleplay pursuits entering safe zones are exempt).
- Business areas (inside properties only if an employee is on duty).
- Bazar (within 50 meters).
12.2: Red Zones
Cocaine Field, Weed Field, Gun Heist, Cocaine/Weed Processing. No camping or fighting without roleplay justification (FIB/detectives exempt with backstory).
12.3: Hot Red Zones
Benny's Rooftop/Power st, Human Lab underground, Swing/Lester Factory, Ferry Pier 2.
13. SERVER RULES
13.1: No Powergaming
Do not abuse server or roleplay mechanics to unfairly benefit yourself or others. For example: Downgrading vehicles out of revenge, Using emotes in fights to hide items.
13.2: No Modding/Hacking or Scripting
Avoid altering game functionality or scripts, including FPS-boosting tools, soundpacks, macro.
13.3: No Bug/Glitch Abuse
Do not exploit bugs or glitches (e.g., vehicle repair exploits, cash duplication). Report issues to staff immediately.
13.4: No Real-Life Money Transactions (RMT)
Do not trade in-game items or accounts for real money, except for server maintenance donations.
13.5: No Ban Evasion
Do not use alternate accounts to bypass bans.
13.6: No Advertising
Do not promote other servers, communities, or products.
13.7: Report Issues
Use the “Report a Player” form with evidence to report rule violations. Do not confront players OOC.
13.8: No Exchange/Transfer EDM & Luxury Vehicles
You are not allowed to exchange/transfer ownership of EDM and Luxury Autos ownership to others.

Also, you are not allowed to buy same cars multiple times and give your friends to drive.
14. STAFF CONDUCT
14.1: Fairness
Staff must remain impartial and avoid favoritism or abuse of power.
14.2: Conflict of Interest
Staff cannot handle cases involving their friends or personal characters.
14.3: Professionalism
Do not exploit bugs or glitches (e.g., vehicle repair exploits, cash duplication). Report issues to staff immediately.
15. PURCHASES
15.1: No Refunds for Bans
Purchases (e.g., whitelist fees, donations) are non-refunded if banned for violating server rules.
15.2: No Chargebacks
Resolve payment issues through staff support channels, not chargebacks.
15.3: Property Removal
Properties (e.g., vehicles, houses) may be removed if a player is inactive for 90 days or more, at staff discretion.
16. CONSEQUENCES
► Minor Offenses: Warning, kick, or 1–3 day restriction.
► Moderate Offenses: 3–7 day restriction, longer for repeat offenses.
► Severe Offenses: Extended or permanent restriction (e.g., for cheating, harassment, threats).
► Staff Discretion: Staff may adjust consequences for disruptive behavior.
17. BAN APPEALS
Submit appeals through the website form within 7 days. Include evidence and a clear explanation. Staff will respond. Appeals for severe offenses (e.g., harassment, cheating) are rarely granted.

Bazar and outside 50m is Green Zone now that means you can't make/Kill Hostage from there. However ALSO Remember all the Hospitals, Inside Business Area (if employee is present) are also same like this but If someone drag situation/chase inside the safe zone.

Benny's Rooftop/Power st, Human Lab underground, Swing/Lester Factory, Ferry Pier 2.
